I don't agree with this. If I read a PDF on a Kindle or other kind of eBook reader, it'll either be too small or I'll have to zoom in and scan around the page in an annoying fashion.

True eBook formats (like epub or mobi) allow readers to change the font size and the page reflows so that it's still easy to read.
